Plan Your Next Barney Theme Party ahead of time

Then send them out to guests about 7-10 days ahead of the party with a request for an RSVP so you know how many children will attend and can plan accordingly. An old rule of thumb suggests that you should invite one child for each year of your child’s age to keep the party manageable and the chaos livable. For instance, if your child will be two on his or her birthday, invite two friends. If your child will be six years old, the guest list could include six other children.
